The sucessful candiate is required to have a minimum of 2 years management experience in luxury hotel Spa environment. Ability to drive and lead the main operational aspects of the Spa and understand the key elements required to achieve success. Excellent people management skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and guests. Confidence to represent the spa professionally and effectively as part of the hotel management team. A good understanding of departmental marketing and financial activities. Impeccable personal presentation. Excellent written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is advantageous.
